Obstacles of worship

Several questions may arise due to this matter:

1) Do you hanker after worldly objects that you do not possess?

2) Do you give your worldly objects to charity often?

3) Do you earn with the intention that your earnings will help you maintain life and worship Allah?

4) Do you seek refuge in Allah when Satan is tempting you?

5) Do you exercise control over your glances?

6) Do you protect your ears  from hearing useless talk and nonsense?

7) Do you control yourself in the misuse of your tongue?

8) Do you build prolonged hopes in favor of worldly gains?

9) Are you proud of your activities?

There are only two types of people; one who is doing something to only fulfilling his worldly temptations ;and the one who struggling something for the sake of Allah and hereafter.
